Direct Care Plus Program
Hormone Health Inverness now offers an option for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement and Testosterone Replacement Therapy where you get to use your insurance benefits for care
Direct Care Plus is a flexible care option at Hormone Health Inverness designed for patients who want the benefits of direct, personalized medical care while still using their insurance where possible. Under this program, Hormone Health Inverness does not bill insurance for office visits. Instead, patients pay a transparent cash price at the time of service and receive a detailed superbill that may be submitted to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their individual plan.

While clinical services are provided on a direct-pay basis, laboratory testing may be billed directly through your insurance by the laboratory, and prescriptions may be billed through your insurance at the pharmacy when applicable. This allows patients to leverage their insurance benefits for labs and medications without the limitations, delays, or administrative burden that often accompany in-network visit billing.

The benefits of Direct Care Plus include greater appointment availability, longer and more thorough visits, transparent pricing, and fewer insurance-driven restrictions on care. Patients maintain full control over their healthcare decisions while still having the opportunity to seek reimbursement for visits and use insurance benefits for ancillary services. This model also allows patients to shop prices and use their preferred pharmacy. This model offers a balance between personalized care and insurance flexibility—without sacrificing quality, access, or clarity.
